Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the creative team to produce high-quality visual content for our clients.
- Capture and edit photographs for use in social media, websites, and other digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan, develop and execute visual content strategies.
- Maintain and organize all photographic equipment.
- Manage and lead on-site photo shoots, including directing other photographers and models.
- Assist with the creation of mood boards, shot lists and call sheets for photo shoots.
- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage and archive all photographic content.

Work Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in photography, either through formal education or through practical experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Extensive experience working with digital cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Proven ability to lead on-site photo shoots and direct other photographers and models.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
