We are looking for a skilled Marketplace Executive to manage our online sales on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**: Manage daily operations of our online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.

**Product Listings**: Create, update, and optimize product listings with clear, compelling content, images, and keywords to improve rankings and visibility.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage promotions, and optimize pricing to remain competitive in the market.

**Inventory Management**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock levels are maintained across platforms, prevent stock-outs, and manage order fulfillment efficiently.

**Advertising & Promotions**: Plan and execute PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, Sponsored Ads, and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and competitors to provide actionable insights for improving product listings and increasing revenue.

**Customer Service**:Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, and ratings. Ensure prompt responses and resolution of any customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, campaign performance reports, and provide insights on areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing e-commerce sales on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.

**Skills**:
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and SEO for product listings.

Familiarity with PPC advertising and promotional strategies.

Proficiency in data analysis and using platforms’ dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage customer queries and concerns effectively.

**Analytical Mindset**:Ability to analyze trends, sales data, and competitor activities to develop strategies for growth.

**Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with listing tools, marketplace seller platforms, and Excel for reporting.

**Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail to ensure product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels are accurate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
