What we are looking for:

- 1+ Year of experience in the Media/Communication/Journalism domain
- Effective communication and collaboration with business owner and product owners in Prime BU.
- Understand the product and Identify requirements.
- Gather business intelligence data from available media industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
- Train the members in Media domain and help them gain product knowledge.
- Bridge the gap between the business and the development team leading to better team performance and project outcomes.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of media-related data and systems.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Understand and create the documentation of business requirements, process flows, and data models and communicate them to all the stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements for media-related projects

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements for media-related projects.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from media-related datasets.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with various departments within the project, including Agile teams and management, to understand their goals, processes, and challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Ensure requirements are understood and and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
- Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate and manage requirements by Identifying Epics, User stories, acceptance criteria, workflows and other documentation.
- Create & Refine the product backlog.
- Validate that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing operations and processes through data-driven decisions.
- Identify and Analyze the media industry or geographic trends with implications for business strategy.
- Responsible for researching and analyzing relevant prints, online, broadcast, and social media coverage of clients and competitors in the same fields and industries.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**

Masters in Journalism and Mass communication or equivalent.

MA in Mass communication and Journalism

MA in Arts Media and Communications Study
