We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Site Executive to join our team. The Site Executive will be responsible for effective communication with clients, finalizing orders, overseeing project handovers, and negotiating rates. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction and the successful execution of design projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

**Order Finalizing**:

- Collaborate with clients to finalize design specifications, materials, and any additional requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of client orders.

**Project Handover**:

- Coordinate with the project management team to facilitate a smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify that project deliverables meet client expectations.

**Rate Finalizing**:

- Negotiate pricing and finalize rates with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and project budgets.
- Provide transparent and detailed pricing breakdowns to clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather feedback from clients and work to address any concerns or issues promptly.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client communications, order details, and rate negotiations.
- Generate regular reports on project status, order finalizations, and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Executive, Customer Relations Executive, or similar role in the interior/exterior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum Knowledge of interior and exterior working processes.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize orders and rates effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
