Job Title: Optometrist and Sales Administrator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Optometric Duties**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and ocular health.
- Diagnose and treat visual conditions, eye diseases, and abnormalities.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids as needed.
- Provide personalized recommendations for eye care and visual hygiene.

2. **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend and sell eyewear, contact lenses, and related products to meet customer requirements.
- Provide expert advice on frame selection, lens options, and optical accessories.
- Utilize both offline and online channels to promote products and drive sales.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing eyewear and accessories.

3. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform basic administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records.
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic or retail space.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns, both in-store and online.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry license and registration.
- Proven experience in optometric practice, with a strong understanding of eye health and vision correction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
