Job Description
- Sales Coordinator

Reporting to HEAD Sales

 Checking mails and reverting to it according to urgency.

 Quotation Preparation, Checking of quotation prepared by co-workers.

 Once order received releasing the Job order in company

 Follow up with different departments such as Accounts and Purchase

 Follow up with clients for payments, dispatch, order etc.

 Export Documentation

 Keeping track record of past payment receivables and follow up with respective clients.

 Coordinating with sales coordinator, sales executive, marketing executive, clients etc.

 Reporting day to day work to Sales Manager.

 Enquiry Check & update in daily inquiry sheet

 30-60-90 update on daily basis

 To get the Enquiry form filled from sales person before sending quote to client /

customer

 To prepare quotation according to the specifications given.

 To follow up with client / customer for Quotation (1/2 day or 1 day) received or not

 Responsible for all enquiries & current communication related to QTN.

 To follow up for payment Receipt courier & C Form

 To check Purchase order with respective & to get it authorized from sales people

 All job require for order processing (Ex: - J.O.release, communication with all DEPT. &
clients for dispatch & payment)

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
