We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Computer Hardware Technician to provide on-site technical support to our clients based in Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, and Panvel. As a Field Computer Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware equipment for our clients, with a primary focus on Dell, Lenovo, and HP products. Your expertise in hardware repair and maintenance will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' computer systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide on-site technical support to clients in Mumbai, specifically for Dell, Lenovo, and HP computer hardware products.

Conduct thorough hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.

Perform repairs and replacements for faulty computer hardware components, including but not limited to motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.

Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and peripheral devices.

Conduct hardware installations and perform cable management to ensure neat and organized setups.

Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate hardware solutions.

Ensure all hardware repairs and maintenance tasks are performed within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Keep detailed records of all hardware-related activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.

Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and trends in the industry.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients, including training on hardware usage and best practices.

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of required hardware components.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client interactions, safety protocols, and data protection.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training in computer hardware is preferred.

Proven experience as a computer hardware technician, preferably in a field service or on-site support role.

In-depth knowledge of Dell, Lenovo, and HP computer hardware products, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve hardware issues effectively.

Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware components and peripheral devices.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records of hardware-related activities.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy computer equipment when necessary.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations within Mumbai.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,949.04 - ₹25,051.41 per month
