**Responsibilities**:
- **Network and System Administration**:
- Manage and maintain computer networks and servers.
- Administer user accounts and system access.
- **Hardware and Software Management**:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software.
- Keep inventory of IT assets.
- **Security Management**:
- Implement security measures and conduct audits.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**:
- Manage data backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
- **User Support**:
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Assist with computer and device setup.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Proven IT administration experience.
- Knowledge of networking, systems, and security practices.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
