Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Planning events
Attend meetings on behalf of the Director

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
Ability to travel Pan India for Business Meetings
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
