Nashik, India Manpower Group Services India Pvt.Ltd Full time

Demos with Key or Leader Farmers (Trial demo 6 per month and result Demo 2 per crop cycle) Min 10 Demo per Quarter
- Field days/Crop show for result sharing /knowledge sharing /branding
- Arranging and coordinating Farmers Training Programme (FTP) with Group farmers of 25-40 nos. (to share technical aspects of products and its efficacy and company profile)
- Small Group meeting with min of 3-5 farmers to share results, follow up, field activities in the village, new initiatives, product information
- Data collection through prescribed matrix card (50 new farmers in a month)
- 150 new farmers database in format per quarter with min. 5 leader farmers
- Update to TSE in prescribed form :Monthly
- Weekly Retailer visit
- Qualification - B.Sc(Agriculture)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
