**Required Skills**:
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating system administration, virtualization, and process visualization.
- Experience in managing Information Systems and services.
- Working Knowledge on ITSM, escalation processes and administration.
- Good knowledge of project management and methodologies.
- Able to coordinate with Development, Infrastructure team and Architects to ensure that tasks are completed and supported.
- Able to ensure Fix, upgrade and maintenance of Software environment.
- Understanding of both SDLC and Change Management processes.
- Responsible to maintain Standard Operating Procedures and recommend changes whenever required.
- Train and mentor new team members as per skillset required to deliver the services.
- Drive creation of knowledge base articles and documentation to proactively address needs and reduce support tickets.
- Establish and reinforce best practices for the Support team
- Written and verbal communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of operational management, metrics-based processes, and service delivery under ITIL.
- Has experience working in Customer Based environment with handling of International User Base.
- Working experience in publishing of Knowledge Articles for End Users.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
