Job Profile: Customer Support Representative in the Insurance Industry

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.

3. Assist international clients in resolving their issues and addressing their queries.

4. Utilize coded data to prepare and submit claims to insurance companies.

5. Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure timely claim processing and payment.

6. Review and appeal unpaid or denied claims, working towards their resolution.

7. Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility.

8. Manage the facility's Accounts Receivable reports.

9. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.

10. Be open to working in rotating shifts.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

3. A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.

4. Familiarity with insurance claim processing and related procedures is advantageous.

5. The ability to work effectively in a team and handle international clients is essential.

7. Any undergraduate or graduate with a minimum of six months of relevant experience can apply.

8. HSC or graduate freshers may also be considered.

9. The location for this position is not specified.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
