Job Description -**Sales Operation & Marketing**
**Experience - Fresher ,1-2 yrs**
**Educational Qualification - Engineer, MBA- Marketing preferred**
**Job Location - **BENGALURU
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE -The role focus is in driving effective sales operating system with strong focus on sales data and sales process effectiveness. The role will be responsible for executing tasks related to Sales Management System (Funnel data management/activity tracking, financial data, sales reviews, forecasting etc), Lead generation, Marcom (Sales collotorals, case studies, website etc), Marketing field work & adminstrative support to Sales Lead.
2)The role will work on initiatives for continuously improving sales effectiveness (sales process / tools / response time improvements etc). providing support/participation in forums such as ISHRAE/ ASHRAE etc. The role will co-ordinate/ colloborate with sales team, SD team and others. The role will report to Sales Lead.
ROLE ELEMENT - 1)Track order booking & BGM.
2) consolidate forecasting and actual data Lead & Enq analysis for improving OB & margin performance EMS data updation from sales reps/ support sales team to make sure EMS is up-to-date Weekly sales reviews every week.
3)Action noting and tracking EMS data/ market / competition / data analysis and action monitoring SD dept proposal data tracking.
4)Analysis/ Action tracking & monitoring Co-ordinate for bid/no bid, process compliance Lead tracking & monitoring & support (sending intros/ initial tele-call etc) Sales tool kit - presentations.
5) Get reference letters, case studies Digital marketing. Linkedin, website maintenance & development. Brochures maintenance Internal team communication Support research work/ segmentation/ if needed Sales initiative support (ISHRAE/ ASHRAE forum co-ordinations etc) Sales training support (process related training to new hire and existing emp) Sales process updation, training to new hires in sales and SD team Data analysis/ margins and payment terms
6)Establish sales op system Market segment data research, tracking and alignments Key account management initiative establishment. Continuous improvements (Sales process effectiveness etc.) Learning as per TNI plan Teaming/ support to Sales Lead
