**Role: Customer Support Executive**

As a Customer Support Executive for our Instagram DMs chat process, you will play a crucial role in providing seamless and efficient customer support to our clients. You will work closely with our chatbot technology to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and assist clients in planning their dream vacations. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide accurate information will contribute to our company's reputation for outstanding customer service.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via Instagram Direct Messages, using our chatbot platform, to promptly and effectively address their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to travel services.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about travel packages, destinations, pricing, availability, and other relevant details.
- Assist clients in navigating our website and booking process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with the broader customer support team to share insights, gather feedback, and continuously improve our chat bot's performance.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry developments, and company offerings to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.

**Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Excellent knowledge of Instagram.
- Familiarity with Instagram and experience in managing Instagram DMs is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new chatbot technology and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
