**Experience**:2+ Years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (Fresher’s need not apply)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management
- Coordinate travel arrangements (booking airfare, hotel and ground transportation)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, Manage office equipment operations, Handling business mails and customer/client calls
- Providing administrative and Clerical Support

**Must have Skills**:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (knowledge of ERP systems would be an added advantage)

**Salary Range offered: 15-25k**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
