Greeting customers and establishing a positive rapport.
- Understanding and documenting the customer's vehicle concerns or issues.
- Providing information on services, maintenance schedules, and repair estimates.
- Advising customers on necessary and recommended services based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Explaining the benefits and importance of specific repairs or maintenance.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs, parts, and labor.
- Obtaining customer approval for services before initiating work.
- Coordinating with the service department to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
- Offering guidance on preventive maintenance to enhance the longevity and performance of the vehicle.
- Maintaining effective communication with the customer throughout the service process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products that align with the customer's needs and the vehicle's requirements.
- Staying informed about the latest automotive technologies, service procedures, and manufacturer recalls to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborating with technicians, parts department, and other staff to ensure seamless service operations.

**Salary**: ₹10,643.53 - ₹17,000.00 per month
