Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with hotel industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in banquet and event sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Summary: The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of banquet and event services. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating events, and meeting sales targets. The Banquet Sales Executive collaborates with the events team to ensure seamless execution of functions and provides exceptional customer service to clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the banquet and events sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the venue's capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of events.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in promotional activities and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the banquet sales team.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and current market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
