**Job Title: PD Pattern Master**

**CTC Details : 60K to 65K CTC**

**Knowledge and Skills**

**University Degree/Diploma in related stream with 3 years’ experience in the industry**

**Or**

**More than 5 years’ experience in relevant work capacity.**

**Advanced knowledge of fit evaluation of close-body garments and the pattern making skills for 3D contouring garments (Bra and Tights)**

**Experience in handling pattern making CAD software.**

**Advanced knowledge of different fabrics and trims in the industry and the effect of those behaviors in garment fit and construction.**

**Should be team worker having convincing and good communication skills with sense of management.**

**60K to 65k Permonth**

**8am -5.30pm General Shift Monday to Saturday offday**

**Key Accountabilities**

Raw Materail ConsumptionMaintain budjected RMC, Emblishment and Materail Presentage to the assigned target. Work with Garment technical, Consuption team continuos basis and adjust the workings accordinglyConsumption and SMV Guidence and ValidationWork with costing & Grading team (IE/ Costing & grading) to make sure costing is upto date & ensure correct size grade & fit perfection.Provide style leadership in technical aspects by liaising with IE, sewing, moulding & bonding technical team to ensure all construction are validated & recorded.Pattern Accuracy and IssuanceEnsure pattern issuance target per the month, on time performance and the pattern accuracy expectaions are met and stick to the target set by the managementValidate the fit within given time frameIdentify the correct fit & construction requirement of a style & develop patterns, arrange style file, following up the sample progress with garment tech and send the samples to customer with proper review. Work with development merchandizing team to ensure meeting style calendar dates & customer communication.Ensure Samples are fitted before sending out to customer and customer is fully updated on the fit evaluation. Ensure suggestions are sent in a methodical manner for customer for them to make decision.Ensure Measurement method and quality level are calibrated with the customerDigital Product DevelopmentDriving Digital Offence Efforts for the JV and Realising the agreed benefits. Ensure the leadership taken to harness the digital development inorder to gain the benefit of sample cost and turn around time.Ensure to work on tools and practice the sytem to improve the speed to complete 3D development with 2-3days per style. Pre PrductionLiaise with pre production/ production teams to transfer the product development knowledge in to production in a effective manner in order to ensure optimum production performance.BulkWork with pre-production team in making size set/ QRS ensuring findings are incorporated into the AD. Work with RMW to get the required inspection reports & incorporate in to pattern/ AD and hand over validated product to the production unit with updated AD.Product Risk AsessmentEnsure the product risk are throughly evaluated and proper actions are documented and drive to mitigate the riskCommunicationEnsure style ownership and accounatbility understood and clear communications and followup are timely done.The action items that are realetd to product technical are follow up and closedLeadershipDevelop, guide and follow up with the team consisting of pattern technologists & pattern assistant, in order to obtain the maximum team performance.Resource ManagementAchieve the department budgeted overhead and manning to workload ratio by improving the skill level of assigned pattern tech and assistant to meet level 3 expectation.Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following company policies & procedures, relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.Product Development
- Develop initial pattern. - Able to interpret the designer’s styles. Could amend/revise the pattern effectively at the Pattern Design system. Must know how to operate the CAD system of pattern making and grading. Responsible for pattern validation,final for bulk production to be coordinated to the production sewing lines. Collaborate with the NSIT team about changes,amendments done in the existing patterns,new developments. Must justify the change to get approval with the superior.

Pay: ₹60,040.31 - ₹65,000.95 per month
