This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Puri. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for people management, operations management, communication, team management, and training. The role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- People Management, Team Management, and Operations Management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Training and development experience
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Finance and NBFS industry.
- Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is a plus
- Minimum Experience of 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
