**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the design iteratively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, as well as emerging technologies.
- Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes to ensure responsiveness.
- Present and justify design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
