Bright Beam Solutions is looking for a Technical Lead (Java Spring Boot & Angular) to drive the development and integration of communication channels within our new CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical implementation, seamlessly integrating CRM with Five9 for CCaaS capabilities, and enhancing task management, communication tracking, and reporting functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers working on CRM and CCaaS integration.
  • Architect and integrate communication channels (email, phone, text) with stakeholders such as consumers, employers, providers, vendors, case managers, and parent/guardians.
  • Implement and optimize Five9 CCaaS integration with the CRM to enhance call center functionality, including tracking inbound and outbound communications.
  • Drive the design and development of robust task management, communication tracking, and reporting features with an improved user interface.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the system for both small teams and enterprise-level operations.
  • Work with Java (Spring Boot), Angular, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams, to ensure smooth development and deployment.
  • Establish best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and secure coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and guide the team in resolving complex challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular 18.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and project architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM integrations and working with communication APIs (email, SMS, telephony).
  • Strong knowledge of Five9 CCaaS or similar cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Expertise in RESTful API development and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience with authentication mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and SSO integration.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience leading large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies like Azure.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices to improve user experience.
