**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Marketing Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing professional to align revenue strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Provide input into marketing collateral and promotions that impact revenue.

**Offline Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor industry trends to identify revenue-generating opportunities.

**Occupancy Management**:

- Monitor occupancy rates and collaborate with online and offline channels to adjust marketing campaigns and promotions accordingly.
- Work closely with property managers to ensure availability aligns with market demand and seasonal fluctuations

6. **Guest Experience Enhancement**:

- Gather guest feedback and insights to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Implement guest-centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Revenue Optimization**:

- Analyse booking patterns and occupancy rates to maximize revenue through dynamic pricing strategies.
- Utilize revenue management tools and software to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure pricing and availability align with market demand.
- Analyse booking patterns, market demand, and competitor activities to adjust pricing and availability for maximum profitability

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- revenue management tools and software to optimize pricing and inventory.

**Salary**: ₹10,127.08 - ₹36,177.21 per month
