**Job Description: Office Administrator / Quality Control Manager**
As a Quality Control Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of educational quality and student satisfaction within our institution. You will play a crucial role in managing student course refunds, maintaining student engagement, and improving trainer effectiveness through continuous feedback and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Student Course Refund Management**:
- Process and manage student course refund requests efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with students to understand reasons for refund requests and attempt to resolve issues to retain student enrollment.
**2. Student Engagement and Retention**:
- Contact students who are considering withdrawing from courses to understand their concerns and convince them to continue their studies.
- Maintain records of student interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**3. Trainer Evaluation and Feedback**:
- Collect feedback from students regarding their online training experience.
- Compile and analyze feedback to assess trainer performance and effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainers based on student evaluations and performance metrics.
**4. Weekly Salary Calculation and Reporting**:
- Calculate weekly salaries for trainers based on their performance scores, student feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing trainer performance and student feedback for management review.
**5. Student Satisfaction Management**:
- Make regular phone calls to students to ensure their satisfaction with courses and overall experience.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by students promptly and effectively.
**6. Trainer Performance Monitoring**:
- Conduct random phone calls to trainers to assess their training methods, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Document findings and provide feedback to trainers to help them improve their delivery and engagement with students.
**7. Collaboration with Academics Department**:
- Work closely with the academics department to align quality control initiatives with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Provide input on course improvements and updates based on student feedback and trainer evaluations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational quality control or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel).
- Willingness to work in flexible hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
