**Job Title: Java Full Stack Trainer**

**Location**: Mysore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials and curriculum for Full Stack Development using Java technologies.
- Keep the curriculum current with industry trends and advancements.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for learners, both online and in-person.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
- **Technology Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Java technologies, including but not limited to Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- **Full Stack Development**:

- Guide learners through the entire Full Stack Development process, covering both server-side and client-side development.
- Provide insights into best practices, design patterns, and industry standards.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate the performance of learners through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Address queries and challenges faced by learners during the training.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other trainers, developers, and industry professionals to enhance the quality of training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the training.
- **Mentorship**:

- Offer mentorship and support to learners, assisting them in building a strong foundation in Full Stack Development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java technologies.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in relevant technologies (Java, Spring, etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
