**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Clinical Excellence**:
1. Responsible for identification of the training need and gap analysis

2. Responsible for on the job training of the nurses in field

3. To supervise nurses clinical performance on the field and ensure good patient care, responsible for clinical documentation and take corrective actions wherever they come across anomaly

4. Update nursing officer on the clinical concerns in the field and to address them smoothly

**Operations supervisory responsibilities**:
5. Responsible for the site visits, before enrollment of the patient in AHHC

6. Visit minimum 4 patients every day

7. Report on daily basis to Operations Manager/ Sr. Executive on the requirements in the field and coordinate with the supply chain management team in getting the required consumables or equipments in timely manner

8. Responsible for attendance and leave management of nurses

**MIS and reporting**:
9. Submit reports as prescribed to the concerned reporting manager

10. Any other work assigned by the manager time to time

**Content Management**:
1. Responsible for clinical content management at the unit level in co-ordination with corporate learning centre team

2. See all consumables (mannequins required to carry out mandatory procedures) are in place for imparting clinical training smoothly

**Training Delivery**:
1. Report to Nursing officer, in terms of clinical content delivery and support

2. Coordinate with the stake holders and identify the training needs and deliver clinical trainings aligned with the need analysis.

3. Responsible for ensuring the clinical trainings being conducted as per the time schedule

4. Responsible for all the unit level training and development activities also includes the coordination with the corporate office.

5. Responsible for refresher training or any other training from time to time.

**On the job training Delivery**:
1. Clinical trainer should do field visit as per the schedule given by the Clinical excellence team

2. Responsible for correcting nurses on the job and understand the gaps and prepare case study and include it as part of the clinical refresher training

**MIS and reports**:
1. Responsible for conducting evaluation post training and identify and bridge gap

2. Prepare the prescribed reports fortnightly / Monthly basis as required by the reporting manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
