Assistant Professor Bakery

Hands on Industry experience in Bakery and Confectionery is a must.
- The faculty member is required to plan and make complete preparation well in advance to teach the theory effectively and practical courses.
- Must be able to prepare and teach different types of icing, sponge, chocolate work, fondants, pastry, tarts, pie and bread products.
- Making the teaching more effective and interesting to the students by the use of multi-media or the latest digital platforms teaching aids.
- Supervise student's projects
- Write publications about your research activity
- He/she should prepare the schedule of lectures with topics, tests, assignments, demonstrations, screening of video or power-point presentation etc., in advance and the students should be informed of the same.
- Provide a positive and honest environment for students during class hours
- Examine and give students a feedback about their academic activity
- Sustain presentations at national and international conferences
- Transfer to students theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques
- Participate at college fairs
- Act as tutor and offer them moral support
- Counsel them concerning their educational development and career choosing
