Project Governance/pmo/legal Operations

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project management standards, processes, and templates to support consistent project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on project management best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, including project kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including schedule variance, budget variance, and resource utilization.
- Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to project stakeholders and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including project teams, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and project reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including process improvement and knowledge sharing activities
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
