We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our project teams, ensuring smooth workflow, resource management, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Tracking**: Assist in planning project timelines, defining scope, and organizing tasks and deliverables.
- **Resource Coordination**: Ensure resources are appropriately allocated and adjusted as project demands change.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, status reports, contracts, and meeting minutes.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and escalate any potential project risks or issues to the project manager.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: BE, MBA
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role; experience in [mention specific industry if needed] is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
