As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our Managed Farmlands Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire spectrum of operations, including sales and marketing functions, in addition to managing agricultural ventures. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with farm operations to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and maximize profitability. You will play a key role in formulating and executing strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop an integrated business strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and farm operations to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

Sales and Marketing Management: Provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing teams, overseeing the development and implementation of sales strategies, market research, customer acquisition, and brand positioning efforts.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansions to increase the company's market share and revenue streams.

Farm Operations Integration: Work closely with the agricultural team to ensure that sales and marketing efforts align with farm production capabilities, crop yield projections, and seasonal demand fluctuations.

Performance Analysis: Establish performance metrics for sales and marketing operations, monitor KPIs, and conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and agricultural activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Brand Management: Oversee brand development and maintenance, ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service and addressing customer needs effectively.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales, marketing, and agricultural activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
