Telesales Executive

As a Telesales Executive in the interior furniture industry, you'd play a crucial role in promoting and selling furniture products to potential customers over the phone. Your responsibilities would typically include:
- **Customer Outreach**: Initiating calls to potential customers from provided leads, referrals, or other sources to introduce them to your company's furniture products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Having a thorough understanding of the furniture products you're selling, including their features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the unique selling points of your furniture products and persuading them to make a purchase.
- **Handling Objections**: Addressing any concerns or objections raised by customers regarding the furniture products, prices, or other aspects of the sales process to overcome barriers and close sales.
- **Closing Sales**: Utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and coordinating with the logistics or delivery team to ensure timely product delivery.
- **Follow-Up**: Conducting follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- **CRM Management**: Updating and maintaining customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system to track progress, manage leads, and optimize sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with the sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- **Continuous Learning**: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, or self-study to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
To excel in this role, you'd need excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, resilience to handle rejection, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in sales, particularly in the furniture or interior design industry, would be beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally important
