**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct language classes for students in German, Japanese, or French languages at B2 level in German and French, and N3 level in Japanese.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and cultural appreciation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Conduct online classes to cater to the needs of remote learners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in German, Japanese, French, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in German, Japanese, or French languages at B2 level for German and French, and N3 level for Japanese, both spoken and written.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work 8 hours per day, including weekends if required.
- Must be willing to work as faculty in our client school and also conduct classes at our centers.
- Comfortable conducting online classes using virtual teaching platforms.
