**Job Title: Multimedia Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging training programs for multimedia production, tailored to various skill levels and professional objectives.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, to ensure participants gain hands-on experience and practical skills.
- Mentor and support trainees through practical exercises and real-world projects, fostering creativity and technical proficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate new technologies and techniques into training curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Multimedia Trainer or similar role, specializing in video editing, graphic design, animation, and audio production.
- Proficiency in advanced multimedia software tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, Blender, Maya, etc.
- Strong knowledge of multimedia production techniques, visual storytelling, and interactive media.
- Expertise in animation with After Effects and proficiency in green screen (chroma key) techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, Film Production, or related field (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in multimedia production, instructional design, or related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
- Proficiency in motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing techniques.
- Familiarity with interactive multimedia, web design principles, and user experience (UX) design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
