**Job description**

**Accountant**
- _The work involves accounting of construction of Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Waste management sheds including treatment plants, Pipeline & Drinking water projects, Recreation parks, cleaning & Beautification of Lakes, landscape & tree plantation, etc_
- _Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information._
- _Serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters._
- _Overseeing the daily activities of the accounts department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time._
- _Overseeing and analysing the vehicle expenditure for the construction of Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Waste management sheds including treatment plants, Pipeline & Drinking water projects, Recreation parks, cleaning & Beautification of Lakes, landscape & tree plantation, etc_
- _Overseeing and analysing the raw material expenditure for the construction of Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Waste management sheds including treatment plants, Pipeline & Drinking water projects, Recreation parks, cleaning & Beautification of Lakes, landscape & tree plantation, etc_
- _Overseeing and analysing the remuneration expenditure for the construction of Roads, Bridges, Drainage, Waste management sheds including treatment plants, Pipeline & Drinking water projects, Recreation parks, cleaning & Beautification of Lakes, landscape & tree plantation, etc_
- _Meeting accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions._
- _Taking responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, etc._
- _Setting up and monitoring accounts KPIs._
- _Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders._
- _Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business._
- _Filing of all government taxes and duties on time(including GSTR 2A, 2B, GST 3B, etc.,)_
- _Serve as a POC between the external auditor(if any) and the the management to complete the due taxes and other government financial reports_
- _Assisting in preparing annual reports, budgets, financial statements, P&L statements, cash flow statements._
- _Assist and analyse the cost saving strategies for the organisation._
- _Protect the company's value by keeping information confidential._
- _Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions._
- _Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)_
- _Preparing reports on account status._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,472.83 - ₹27,929.90 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Commerce (preferred)
- CA(inter) or MBA in Finance (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3+ years (preferred)
- total work: 3-8 years (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- ERP Software
- SAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
