Sales Team Member

We are looking for a proactive and driven sales team member who will reach out to potential leads from the list provided by the company and convert them into paying clients. This role is entirely online, and you will be required to make 40 calls a day, follow up with leads via WhatsApp, and manage the entire sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call potential leads and convert them into clients
- Follow up via phone and WhatsApp to ensure lead conversion
- Meet daily and monthly targets
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential clients
**Requirements**:
- **Languages**: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), preferably with a background in nutrition or fitness
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in lead generation or marketing preferred
- **Skills**: Strong communication, aggressive in sales, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- **Tech Setup**: Laptop, stable Wi-Fi connection, separate mobile and SIM for office work
- **Interest in Nutrition and Fitness**: Must have a keen interest in reading and learning about health, nutrition, and fitness
