Roles and Responsibilities of a Manpower Supplier Officer1. **Workforce Planning**
- Assess the manpower needs of the organization based on production requirements and seasonal demands.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing levels for various roles.
2. **Recruitment and Selection**

- Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
4. **Onboarding and Training**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation.
- Coordinate training sessions for skill development as needed.
5. **Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure that all hiring practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
6. **Performance Monitoring**
- Monitor the performance of supplied manpower, providing feedback to agencies and addressing any issues related to staff performance or behavior.
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure workforce quality and effectiveness.
7. **Communication and Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and manpower suppliers.
- Communicate staffing needs and changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
8. **Budget Management**
- Monitor and manage the budget for manpower sourcing, ensuring cost-effectiveness in staffing solutions.
- Analyze staffing costs and make recommendations for improvements.
9. **Reporting**
- Prepare reports on manpower usage, costs, and performance for management review.
- Provide insights and data to support strategic decision-making regarding workforce management.
10. **Crisis Management**
- Develop contingency plans for sudden workforce shortages or changes in staffing needs.
- Quickly address and resolve staffing challenges that arise during production cycles.
