**Job Summary**:
**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis and Control**:

- Conduct variance analysis for inventory, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor and control costs by identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform pricing strategy development and costing for products and services to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives across products, services, and internal overheads.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- **Commercial Strategy Development**:

- Drive growth, profitability, and sustainability by devising and implementing comprehensive commercial strategies.
- Perform market research to understand trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with commercial strategies.
- **Risk Management and Legal Compliance**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage and negotiate smart, favorable contracts with vendors and customers.
- **Strategic Insights**:

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team to support critical decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- MBA in Finance, Operations, or Strategy (preferred).
- CA/ICWA or equivalent professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong background in financial planning, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks in manufacturing.
