Job Description:
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Process, control & own the client journey from onboarding to renewal, to further growth.

2. Ownership of End-to-end accounts for a given set of accounts.

3. Responsible for up-sell and cross-sell and overall growth of the account

4. Deliver and measure the ROI for each account.

5. Manage the product implementation, managing risks and escalations.

6. Track the engagement metrics and lead the account reviews

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, engineering, and product to ensure that all client queries are addressed within a particular TAT.

8. Help in product adoption with greater client satisfaction.

9. Conduct engagement and training activities & product demonstrations.

10. Maintain positive client relationships.

11. Create business use cases based on client requirements

12. Assure client satisfaction and timely renewal.

**Skills And Qualifications**:
1. B. Tech/ MBA from a premier College or University.

2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Success role with exceptional track record of delivery and implementation of SaaS solutions.

3. Ability to create new business opportunities through relationship building with existing clients.

4. Profound Understanding of the EV and related Services ecosystem having would be a plus point

5. Ability to decode technical solutions for non-technical clients, is a must.

6. Prior experience in positions like, account management or similar client-facing role is preferred.

7. Good knowledge of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
