Responsibilities:

- Manage production of mithai and savoury products as per set standards, for sale through online

marketplace, weekly markets, pop-ups and bulk orders for festivals, special occasions, and gifting
- Ensure strict quality control for all orders fulfilled by the kitchen
- Assist in establishing the production schedule for all products and execute it with the help of the

kitchen team
- Maintain stringent standards for hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
- Ensure that the kitchen is well organized, and all food safety norms are being followed diligently
- Interface with suppliers to order ingredients and raw materials and ensure that they meet the set

quality standards
- Interface with suppliers to order packaging materials and cleaning supplies to maintain adequate

stock as required
- Collaborate with co-founders and halwais to develop new products and recipes
- Coordinate with co-founders and prepare for pop-ups and events
- Assist kitchen team in maintaining record of production, inventory, and product development
- Train kitchen staff

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pastry production kitchen
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in managing a commercial kitchen
- Experience and knowledge of making mithai is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy (Intermediate level)
- Quick learner, enthusiastic and passionate about work
- Team player

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- pastry production kitchen: 3 years (required)
- managing a commercial kitchen: 1 year (required)
