Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound sales involve actively reaching out to potential customers to generate new leads and close sales.
**Role Overview**:
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and generating leads. The primary focus is to engage potential customers, pitch products or services, and close sales through proactive outreach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, interest, and potential value.
- Develop and present tailored sales presentations and pitches.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed outbound sales targets and KPIs.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM, and lead generation tools.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
