3. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.

4. maintain KPI’s for machines excluding CNC Dept.

5. Spares and contingency plan execution and review weekly. Mock drill of contingency plan

6. Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.

7. Inspects work for completeness.

8. Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the electrical & mechanical systems.

9.PRand confirm to purchase and maintain record for failure of date & escalate to Maintenance Manager

10. Predictive maintenance of all machines and training providing to machine operator for autonomous maintaianance

**Competencies**:
Responsibility in minimizing breakdown hours to be maintained.

Impart training to Juniors

Break down data report need to be presented and take action as per seniors instructions.

MSD, 5S, 16 Losses, Safety work practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
