Ensure good relationship with all financers.
- Provide explanation of finance offerings from the customer’s preferred financer and guide the customer on suitable finance option (EMI & Down Payment). Also inform customers on any special/ promotional scheme applicable.
- To use the finance document required checklist and inform the customer of the documents required for availing vehicle finance products.
- Collect all documents from customers, complete all paperwork and submit them to financer for processing on behalf of customers for enhanced convenience.
- Ensure delivery orders are provided timely to facilitate delivery on promised date and time.
- Ensure outstanding amount with financers is minimized and should strive to reduce the turnaround time of finance disbursal.
- Ensure customer details and hypothecation details are correctly mentioned in all records especially RTO and RC smart card.
- Apprise Sales Manager and Sr. RM on daily status of finance cases under process.
- Liaison with financers for timely disbursal of RM incentive schemes announced by financers.
- Ensure customer fully understands the account ledger and finance disbursal details. Also, ensure excess payment made as part of down payment is refunded at the time of delivery.
- Share ledger with customer at the time of delivery.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
