We are looking for an organized Warehouse in-charge to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of decor items for our warehouse located in Erode.

You will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will also train, evaluate and reward staff and ensure the maintenance of **5s activities.** To ensure success, you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits. You should be dedicated, competent and have strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

2. Assist with event set-up including assembly and distribution of all items

3. Prioritization and planning skills for efficient and effective set-ups

4. Assisting with deliveries where required & Operate company vehicle safe & Effectively

5. To Assign duties to staffs & follow

6. Ability to work independently as well as with other co-workers successfully

7. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while working at all events

8. Implementing operational policies and procedures.

9. Implementing and overseeing security operations.

10. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

11. Ensuring safety of staff.

12. Motivating and disciplining staff.

13. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

14. Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
