Store Manager

Business: Motors, Generators, HV, LV, Traction, Wind, Hydro, Power Sector motors and generators

ranging from 415 volts to 13.2 KV

 New product development, Sourcing, Vender Development, Material Management,

 Domestic Purchasing, Supplier Quality assurance, Inventory Management.

 Responsible for overall store - Inventory Management, Annual, quarterly, and monthly Perpetual

stock taking activity and reconciliation,

 5S Improvement,

 Maintain FIFO,

 Responsible for daily inward/outward,

 Issuance of material against reservation slips of regular brought out parts as well as consumables

items,

 Release PR based on monthly demand and vendors follow-up.

 Material Management,

 Inventory Management,

 Job workers Vendors Stock reconciliation,

 Manage and reports inventory levels of all High values parts with assigning min max level.

 Good knowledge of ERP (SAP and Oracle).

 Independently handling day to day activities of the Material Planning & Store

 Monthly Procurement planning of raw materials, Spares, Consumables, and packaging items.

 Planning & co-ordination with the internal customers end to end & ensure full fill their demand to

meet their day-to-day requirement and achieve customer deadline.

 Arranging Material Receiving, Incoming Inspection & Material Storage & Prevention.

 Preparing MIS reports like weekly and monthly. Reconciliation of Job works stocks on monthly basis.

 Responsible Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub
- contractors.

 Setting up the weekly, monthly and quarterly procurement planning for parts.

 Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.

 Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready

availability of materials to meet the production targets in every day.

 Preparing important document for Audit

 Taking care for Direct and In -Direct purchasing, Store and materials management.

 Managing in Planning Execution of day-day Operations.

 Prepare proper Inventory Documentation, which include quantity, quality and other features of

inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks

 Document stocks delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing or position

 Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)

 Submitting purchase receiving details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) to internal

databases

 Communicate with warehouse staff to check products quality and also check status upon delivery

 Keep updated inventory records

 Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize

efficiency and cut operations costs

 Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate

order quantities

 Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment

 Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control

decisions

 Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall

rating

 Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management

 Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
