**Looking for a Merchandiser (having experience in Canvas and Tetron Bags industry.**

To perform merchandising activities for apparel, covering sourcing, order coordination, and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of the team's business objectives.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Task coordination and collaboration between the International & India Office.
- Organize and implement solid systems to optimize sourcing and global productions.
- Improve and optimize existing projects.
- Directly contact with the head quarters.
- Improve procurement strategies tailored to the origins of production.
- Negotiating; with the key suppliers to optimize collaboration between head quarters and suppliers.
- Follow up orders with buyers and designers in head quarters, vendors, and team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery.
- Manage product development process; to ensure that products meet the brand's quality and budget requirements.
- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 10years of professional experience or 5years in a similar position.
- Experience and knowledge of the Indian market.
- Experience in the têxtile industry (sourcing, buying, purchase, production).
- Knowledge of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, têxtile material, garment production, QA, and compliance.
- Experience in riding and leading teams and projects.
- Experience in negotiation Experience in analysis and budget management open to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manesar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
