**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering, and stocktaking.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Supervise and motivate store staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Plan and execute store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Monitor store performance and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

salary:

- 16k to 22k

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
