**About the Role**:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobiles, audio-visual & tablets
- Providing End User Support and Remote Support
- Experience in addressing complex issues & demonstrated problem management
- Knowledge of Servers / Switches / storage devices/ VOIP Phones
- Installation & configuration of operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, etc.
- Troubleshooting on network connectivity issue in LAN / WAN environment
- Knowledgeable to efficiently manage ticketing system and should provide appropriate resolution
- Vendor Management & Asset Management

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification - Graduation relevant to IT field
- Fresher who has good knowledge & interest in IT field
- Comfortable working in a night shift

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent communication skills
- Good Listening skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Capacity to multitask
- Good Data Management Skill
