**About the Opportunity**

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for contacting prospects based in Gurugram, introducing them to the benefits of our platform, and encouraging them to join our growing network. Your primary goal is to establish strong connections and drive the adoption of our platform among local retailers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to retailers based in Gurugra/Delhi NCR to pitch our platform Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting new markets and expanding our customer base.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations and establish relationships to facilitate sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Need to bring a personal Laptop for the role, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable mindset for success in a dynamic environment.
