Position Overview:
Responsibilities:Procurement: Regularly liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials. Evaluate supplier options and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
Office Opening & Closing: Responsible for opening and closing the office premises, ensuring security protocols are followed and all necessary tasks are completed.
System Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office systems, including computer networks, telecommunications, and other technological infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
