Front Office Executive

Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, pantry and office premises ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and management.
- Regular supervision on housekeeping.
- Managing vendor management related to business cards, letterheads, stickers etc.
- Handle administrative duties
- Organizing Festival Pooja's (Diwali), birthday parties, New Year celebrations etc.
- Support to other departments such as HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Admin department on daily basis
