**The Role**
- Support the entire Edwards and Atlas Copco sales team in Middle east to meet the ambitious growth.
- Support in marketing activities for both Edwards & Atlas Copco brand
- Support in Sales activities for both Edwards & Atlas Copco brand
- Work with communications manager for content creation and campaigns
- Support sales team in Digital Marketing activities
- Customer Data Base Management in CRM
- Follow up with Product Companies and distribution centers to deliver the products on time.
- Provide timely and accurate market information to div.
- Plan and priorities personnel sales activities and customer contact towards achieving the agreed business objectives.
- Develop a detailed installed base of equipment with end users and stimulate replacement opportunities.
- Maintain a full record of all installations of Vacuum Systems in Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Water, Mining & Petrochemicals
- Work very closely with the systems group, marketing & after market to ensure timely completion of contracts to customer expectations.
- Consistent C4C implementation of all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and customer database.
- Prepare Quotations on behalf of sales team whenever needed and follow up with customers till the order received.

**What we expect of you?**

Minimum 2 years’ experience as CRM role in a leading company

Good command (verbal and written) of English

Graduation is Must, Mechanical Engineering graduation is a plus

Working knowledge of CRM Platforms
